Information we collect
We may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number and the project information you choose to provide. A project brief may include quantities, dimensions, materials, timing, delivery or installation context, artwork, drawings, schedules and reference photographs. A free-resource request may include your first name, email address and the file or video you are interested in.
Please do not send confidential, special-category or unrelated personal information through the enquiry form.
How and why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand requirements, prepare quotations, discuss prototypes or production, supply agreed work, send a resource you request, keep appropriate business records and protect our legal rights. Depending on the circumstances, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, consent, or our legitimate interests in answering and managing genuine enquiries.
Marketing updates are optional and require a separate choice. They are not a condition of receiving a requested file. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
Form submissions and sharing
The project brief and free-resource request forms are submitted using FormSubmit, which processes the forms and sends them to our business email. Email and hosting providers may also process information as part of providing their services. We do not sell personal information. We only share it where needed to operate the enquiry process, deliver requested resources or agreed work, obtain professional advice or comply with law.
Files, security and retention
Only send files needed to explain the project. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no email or website transmission is completely secure. We keep enquiry and project records only for as long as reasonably necessary for responding, managing work, maintaining appropriate business records and meeting legal, tax or accounting obligations. When no longer required, information is deleted or securely disposed of.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. Contact us using the details above so we can consider your request.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first so we can investigate. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
